Write Your Representatives
Talk to your representatives and let them know what you think. You might want to ask them how they can continue with fluoridation when it means adding lead to your water. This was detailed in a letter they received Nov. 2010. They have also received a copy of Perspectives on Fluoridation on DVD - have they watched it yet?  A letter/fax is preferred, as they have to respond. An e-mail is often ignored for some reason.

Tell Your Friends and Family
There should be no underestimating the power of word-of-mouth communication. Tell your friends and family about what you have learned concerning fluoride. Let them know that the benefits have been greatly exaggerated and the risks ignored; that the vast majority of western Europe has rejected water fluoridation and yet has experienced the same decline in tooth decay as the US; that the scientists and professionals at EPA's Headquarters Union in Washington DC have recently called for a "national moratorium" on fluoridation; and that more than 200 US communities have rejected fluoridation since 1999. Become Active in Your Neighborhood Association
If you belong to a Neighborhood association, please pass this information along to your fellow members. Print our handouts and distribute at meetings etc. If you are not a member, consider joining today and getting involved in your community. Write The Newspaper / Blog / Social Network / Etc ......
Writing a letter to our local newspaper(s) is an invaluable way of informing your community of the health and ethical concerns surrounding water fluoridation. Let the readers of  the Bee, Sacramento News & Review, Inside the City, etc. know that there is no need to swallow fluoride; that fluoride is the only chemical added to water that does not treat the water itself; that 98% of western Europe has rejected water fluoridation; that the fluoride chemical used for fluoridation contains levels of lead and arsenic; that most people are already receiving too much fluoride from their toothpaste and diets; that recent research has linked fluoride to serious health problems including arthritis, hip fracture, Alzheimer’s disease, and cancer.
